Local mail posted on Grand Cayman by 10 a.m. Monday to Friday will be delivered to any Grand Cayman postal destination the next day.

Mail posted in Cayman Brac & Little Cayman by 10 a.m. Monday to Friday will be delivered to any Cayman Islands postal destination within three days.

But this is influenced by factors affecting air travel.

The Cayman Islands’ new postal rates are currently in effect from 1 July 2006. Local mail is now CI$ .25 per ounce.

Missed drop-off times

If you’re sending mail, you’ll need to get it to us in by 10 a.m. Monday to Friday. Otherwise your mail probably won’t get processed until the following working day.

If you’re posting mail at a Post Office, the last collection will be at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday. Last collections for Post Boxes vary from area to area, but collection times should be clearly marked on each Post Box.
