There are two ways you can send a Registered E-mail message from your computer.

Option 1: If you use Microsoft Outlook®, Outlook Express®, Lotus Notes® or Novell GroupWise® you can install the RPost "Send Registered" button onto the compost page of your mail program.

How to send a Registered E-mail message - "Send Registered" button:

Step 1: Compose, reply or forward an e-mail like any other e-mail.

Step 2: Press the "Send Registered" button.

Step 3: Choose additional and included features on the feature pop-up.

Step 4: Recipient is not required to do anything.

Step 5: RPost provides a Registered Receipt™ e-mail that gives the sender verifiable proof of, delivery and content of e-mails and attachments and the official time sent and received.

Notes:
— There is no delay in delivering a Registered E-mail vs. a traditional e-mail.
— The first Registered Receipt e-mail that comes back to you will create a "(R)eceipts" folder under your inbox.
— To authenticate or verify the Registered Receipt e-mail, simply forward it to the address "verify@rpost.net".

Option 2: If you have web-mail, a PDA, Mac or other mail client you can send a Registered E-mail message by simply adding ".rpost.org" at the end of the recipient address. This routes the message to become a Registered E-mail - No software necessary!

For example: To send a Registered E-mail message to jim@firm.com you simply send it to jim@firm.com.rpost.org.
