The accounts department of the Cayman Islands Postal Service is requesting of all government departments that when making payments for post boxes, they should include the box number to which the payment applies.

Including the box number on the payment will facilitate more accurate processing of the payment to the right department.

Since most payments are made with a ministry check and ministries are compromised of several departments, it causes a lot of unnecessary work for the accounts department when checks come without the proper information.

So please remember to include the post office box number that you are paying for when submitting your checks for payment.

Thanks so much for co-operation and we look forward to your payments.
